Service station in Sweden with a new team

03.03.2025

Hampus Clausén Forsman, WindNOW! service technician since June 2023, took on the position of Area Manager for our service station at Oskarström, southern Sweden, in January this year. He currently has a team of six service technicians supervising 29 wind turbines with an output of 65 megawatts – including those of Arise AB.

Hampus, who gained his experience with Vestas and Siemens turbines, is full of enthusiasm for (wind) energy: “Two things are especially important to me in my work. First, keeping our turbines running smoothly at full capacity—efficiently and profitably. Our team is always looking for ways to improve, whether by refining our processes, enhancing service quality, or making things more transparent for our customers. Sustainability is a big part of that, too. We're actively working on reusing materials to make our service more environmentally friendly.

That brings me to my second focus: growing our skilled troubleshooting and maintenance teams. Right now, we’re strengthening our team with two new colleagues, Fabrice and Kevin, as well as our first intern in Oskarström, Anton, who is studying Energy Engineering. It’s an exciting time for us!” says the pleased 33-year-old.

The two electrical engineers at WindNOW! are newcomers: Kevin Avdic lives in Oskarström and comes from Enercon, and Fabrice Kamdem gained his wind experience at Vestas.

Hampus is brimming with confidence about the new start: “Our team spirit is stronger than ever, and with everything pointing towards growth, we’re ready to take on new challenges together.”
